General Principles
All refunds are subject to verification, security checks and applicable laws.
Refunds, when approved, are made through the same account or payment method used originally.

Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions If a transaction fails but the amount is debited: a. The amount is usually auto-reversed within a reasonable time. b. If not reversed automatically, contact us with your name, registered email/phone, transaction ID and date/time. c. After verification, eligible refunds will be initiated as soon as possible.
Duplicate Transactions If you accidentally make a duplicate payment:
