Cancellation requests related to pending or unexecuted transactions


Cancellation of scheduled payments initiated by the account holder

Transactions that have already been executed or settled

2. General Cancellation Rules




Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly to allow adequate processing time.

3. Cancellation of Pending Transactions If you wish to cancel a pending transaction: a. Submit a cancellation request immediately through your account or by contacting support.

b. Provide your name, registered email/phone, transaction ID and date/time.

c. If the transaction is still in a pending or “awaiting confirmation” state, it may be cancelled subject to verification.

d. If the transaction has already been executed, cancellation will not be possible.



4. Cancellation of Scheduled Payments For future-dated or scheduled payments:




You may cancel them before the scheduled execution time.


Once the scheduled payment is triggered and sent to processing, it cannot be reversed under this policy.



5. Cancellation of Service Requests Certain services (such as account upgrades, international transfers, compliance reviews) may involve non-refundable fees.




If a service has already begun, or if regulatory steps have been initiated, cancellation may not be possible.


If the service has not yet started and fees are incorrectly charged, we may cancel the request and correct the billing.



6. Compliance, Fraud & Abuse TSB Official may delay or deny cancellation requests if:




Fraud, misuse or suspicious activity is detected


The request conflicts with legal obligations or regulatory reporting


The account is under review or restricted



Any suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities.


7. Processing Time Cancellation approvals or rejections may vary based on:

Payment networks or intermediary banks


Regulatory or security checks required TSB Official cannot guarantee instant cancellations, especially when third-party systems are involved.
